Abstract
This paper discusses one of the important and modern topics in human resource management, by studying a topic entitled: “Foundations and indicators for selecting and evaluating skilled human resources; and their impact on the effectiveness of Arab business organizations,” by examining the role of skilled human resources on organizations, in general, and institutions Arab countries in particular. As skilled human resources provide a fundamental role in achieving the objectives of the institutions by providing their needs of the workforce and ensuring the optimal use of these forces, and maintaining their continuity in work, and all organizations make a great effort to create an effective workforce capable of raising performance levels, within their production and service departments.
