Abstract

This study tends to highlight the ways of thinking about the complex relationship between the perspective of the sociology of right or law and the problems of criminal justice at its multiple social levels. Our thinking on a sociological postulate that appears on the surface as one of those scientific postulates in which the Sociology of Law ‎ and criminal sociology meet and intersect. ‏

This, and to address this relationship, we will stop at a first moment when grasping the criminal justice entity within the space of sociological thinking, and to discern the precise significance of the sociological representation of criminal phenomena and criminal phenomena in their broadest and most general meaning.

 As for the second moment, we will work to monitor the most prominent complex complexities that disturb Criminal judgment in criminal justice. In judicial practice, we try to record in this approach the relationship of the social to the criminal is a sociological horizon. It open to the various actors in the field of social sciences, the horizon of the sociology of the right connected with scientific bets, that allow for a multiplicity of visions and methods of analysis in a complex approach. Thus The criminal phenomenon and deviant behavior in their closest sociological forms.
