تقييم أداء الصيانة في الحقول النفطية واثرها على التنمية البشرية
Abstract
The Performance and competitiveness in all production and service companies depend on the reliability and availability of equipment, machines and facilities. Due to the importance of maintenance in terms of being responsible for maintaining the equipment and machines Al Wafa oil field of Mellitah Oil and Gas Company was chosen as a sample for this study. This study aims to measure the level of maintenance performance by measuring the gap between the actual practice of maintenance and the maintenance plans prepared by the company, with the aim of tracking maintenance performance and results, which helps to take accurate decision-making, to achieve companies objectives. In order to measure maintenance performance, a model consist of a set of technical and economic performance indicators was selected and developed to help in analyzing the current performance of maintenance activities, which will contribute to improve the efficiency of maintenance work. The study reached a set of results and the most important of which are: That the indicator T1 which related to the manpower utilization, showed a wasted time at 23.04% of the total available time for maintenance, which reflects a poor planning and control. And the work orders turnover recorded a 7.32% of the total work orders are still in progress, which contradicts with world class and previous studies that state that the percentage of completed work orders should exceed +95% of the total work orders. Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) revealed a poor operational condition of the gas turbine (A), and the Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) recorded a high value in some gas compressors, which affected the availability and reliability of the compressors.
The availability indicator recorded good values that ranged between (92.65-98.9) % for a number of gas compressors. The results of the study also concluded that the cost of corrective maintenance is 28.71% and the cost of preventive maintenance is 71.29% of the total maintenance costs.
