Abstract

       The nature of the administrative and military functions in each country is generally linked to the political system in this or that country. The administrative system necessarily reflects the image of the ruling system and its philosophy on how to manage state affairs. The administrative system that prevailed in the kingdoms of ancient Yemen came in response to the conditions and realities of the political reality. and the nature of the system of government in it. Which prompted the researchers to this study and to reveal the administrative system in it, and from this stems the importance of this study.

      In formulating this study, we followed the historical approach based on research, comparison and analysis, in the light of inscription data and historical writings.
