Abstract

Abstract: The current study aimed to improve the performance of human resources unit  in light of the new education system Education 2.0 ,through an analytical presentation of the most important features of the new systemEducation2.0and presented the frameworks for the teacher training system in the new education system to the requirements of improving the performance of the traning teachers unit in light of the new education system in Egypt Eduction 2.0, Strengthening the role of the training unit in light of the new education system and ending with the proposed vision to achieve requirements to activate the role of the teacher training system in light of the features of the new education system Education 2.0, The current research used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the study and the research reached a set of results, the most important of which was the lack of community awareness of the goals of the new system, Implementation of training sassed during the study in addition to the perceived shortage of trained personnel as the most prominent obstaclesThe success of the system.The research recommends the need to spread the culture and objectives of the new system in society and to clearly draw the future of the system and its expected outcomes in order to achieveThe community's confidence in it and its interaction with it.Strengthening the investigationNational Agenda (Egypt Strategy 2030) through the development and modernization of curricula and textbooks in all grades and stages so that they are based on unified standards achievedIdentity ensures the quality of teaching, supports innovation, enhances life skills, self-learning and achievesThe gradual self-growth of the teacher according to the vision of the new system Education 2.0.
