الصناعات الإبداعية أيّ سياسات عمومية في ظل الثورة الرقمية؟
Abstract
The aim of this study is to learn about the reality of the creative industries in the context of the digital revolution. We acheived this by monitoring the technological and cognitive developments they produce and presenting public policies to make the creative industries sector a real pillar of development in the Arab region. In our study we highlighted the challenges faced in the Arab societies to develop this type of industries. We applied the descriptive analytical approach, to examine Arab and foreign data collection tools (i.e.,literature, international reports and websites).
